All orders at Semente Shoes are processed in Brazil.
We provide all the information so you can choose the correct Semente Shoes according to your size and do not need to exchange or return it.
Even so, if you need to, we accept the product back, as per the following requirements:

You must notify us of your intention to exchange or return within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, by email to info@sementeshoes.com, and inform us of the reason for the exchange or return.

You can request an exchange or return, only if the shoe is not worn, with the sole and upper completely untouched. Only non-washed, unworn and odor-free products will be accepted.

If your product is damaged or defective, the shoe will be exchanged or refunded within 90 calendar days from the date of your receipt.

For items on sale, please return the goods for exchange or refund within 14 days after the date the shoes were received. The your purchase amount will be credited within 14 days of receipt of your return - always according to the payment method you selected when ordering.

If you registered the wrong address, couldn't change it in time and the package returns to our address, the shipping fee of the second shipment will be charged.

The shipping, if paid on the purchase, will not be refunded.
Right to withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

We will accept your return request as long as the 14 days return period has not expired after receipt of your order.

The order can also be canceled by returning the goods. So you have to return the goods immediately and in any case after 14 days at the latest.

In the event of withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs are not included. The cost of the return shipment must be borne by the customer.

Personalized pieces cannot be returned.
To perform the explained procedures, it is necessary that your Semente Shoes is in perfect condition, without signs of use, in the original packaging, with all its accessories and accompanied by the invoice.
Any signs of damage or wear on the soles or uppers will make the shoe not suitable for return or exchange.
